Interactive Teller Machines (ITMs)

As financial services have changed, we’ve seen tremendous growth in our members’ use of our convenient digital services. Along with this, branch experiences have also changed. With the opening of our Roseville and Woodbury branches, we are broadly launching a high-tech, convenient and personalized experience for members: Interactive Teller Machines, or ITMs, for members to complete teller transactions. The Roseville and Woodbury locations feature ITMs in their lobbies and in their drive-ups. Our St. Paul branch already has one in our lobby.

Our team of universal service representatives (USRs) will walk you through the process if you need help.

So what are ITMs, exactly? ITMs function like ATMs — but better, and with the option of a live video teller to assist you. Many of us have gotten very familiar with the Zoom life, and, if or when you’d like to speak to a teller, ITMs use a type of video conferencing, enabling a two-way conversation. You can enjoy the ease of self-service banking, along with personal help if you’d like it. Some ITM services include:

• Business & personal deposits (checks and/or cash)
• Cash withdrawals (1s, 5s, 20s & 100s)
• Transfers between accounts
• Loan or mortgage payments
• Balance inquiries
• Credit card cash advances (requires a PIN)

Of course, our Roseville and Woodbury branches, like our St. Paul and Minneapolis branches, will be fully staffed as well. Our highly trained universal service representatives can also help you with more complex needs like account openings or consumer loan applications.
