With more than 31 years in banking and two decades specializing in business lending, Scott approaches every relationship, large or small, with attention to detail and a passion to help clients reach their goals. His years in the industry have build a breadth of banking knowledge that’s tough to match, and which equips him to find the best solutions for your business. Scott is equally enthusiastic about giving back to our community, taking part in Rotary and leading Hiway’s internal Pave the Way committee, which promotes associate volunteer opportunities.
A dedicated athlete and fitness instructor, Scott enjoys getting outside on the mountain bike trails all year long, as well as spending time in the wild with his wife and adult children.

Khue Yang, Business Loan Officer

With over 20 years of business lending experience, Khue brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and business relationships to Hiway’s Business Services team. As an immigrant himself, Khue is motivated by seeing the importance of educating the unbanked immigrant families.
In his current role as a Business Loan Officer, Khue works closely with business members to negotiated and expedite loans that fit their needs and put their businesses on the path to growth.
Through local non-profit organizations he assists members in the purchasing of commercial real estate properties, rental real estate investment properties, business assets and credit lines for working capitals.
Khue is passionate about giving back to his community, and volunteers on the boards of local non-profit organizations such as the Minnesota Hmong Chamber of Commerce, East Side Area Business Association, Asian Economic Development Association and Hmong Culture Center to promote entrepreneurship and economic development.
Small businesses are a critical part of our neighborhoods, and I’m honored to be a part of helping them succeed.

With over ten years of lending experience, Josh Chacon brings knowledge and experience to Hiway's Business Services team. Josh understands the value of small businesses, his inspiration comes from growing up in a family of small business owners. Josh works closely with business members as a Business Loan Officer to meet their needs and put their companies on a growth trajectory.
Josh serves on the board of directors of the Hiway Credit Union Foundation, where he works to improve the quality of life in the communities we serve through education, scholarships, in-kind donations, and volunteer work. Families, military personnel, veterans, schools, disaster relief efforts, and community initiatives are all impacted.
