Viewing eDocuments requires that Adobe® Reader® is installed on your computer. If you do not currently have the software installed, you can download it free of charge.
To sign up, log into Tellernet and click eDocuments in the left navigation menu on the Accounts page. Then, if it isn't already selected, simply mark the eDocuments option and click the Change Setting button.
If you have a Hiway Visa credit card, you can also receive electonic copies of your credit card statements. To sign up, click Visa Info in the main horizontal navigation menu of Tellernet. If you haven't accessed your Visa information online previously you will be asked to register your card. Once your card is registered simply:
We use your email address to notify you when your eDocuments are ready. You should verify that your email address in Tellernet is correct and that you can receive messages from eDocuments@hiway.org and firstname.lastname@example.org to ensure you receive the email notifications. If we are unable to contact you via email you may be switched back to receiving account information via the U.S. mail.
