“I am excited to a part of the Executive Readiness Training program,” said Deans, who along with nine other Minnesota Credit Union professionals helped design the curriculum for the program. “It is vital to the industry that we not only look for opportunities to prepare ourselves to be leaders but that we take part in those opportunities both to grow professionally and to aid in the development of qualified executives for our industry.”

“Hiway always has been supportive of our associates who look for opportunities for professional development and to be leaders in our industry, ” said Dave Boden, Hiway CEO/President. “We are very excited for Brianne, Andy and Sarah and are honored that they are part of this inaugural group of future credit union leaders.”
