“The Hiway Credit Union Foundation is honored to support these creative educational opportunities. We truly believe in supporting the development of life skills and financial literacy for our students.” said Christine Cordell, Hiway Foundation Chair and Hiway Credit Union SVP of Organizational Effectiveness. “The Hiway Foundation was established to provide resources to enhance the overall wellness of our community and our teacher grant program allows us to do just that. We know that school budgets are stretched, and many times teachers have to go without or use their personal resources to do some of the things they want to do. It is our hope that these grants allow our teachers to continue to have a positive impact on their students’ lives as well as their schools and their communities.”
