Continuing our commitment to meet the needs of our members, Hiway has added 24/7 call center services, effective immediately. Members will now be able to speak directly to a Hiway representative at any time, including after normal business hours and on weekends. With this addition, members will still always be speaking to a Hiway representative and never to an automated phone system.

“We recognize that our members’ financial needs or questions may not always happen during a typical workday,” said Dave Boden, Hiway President/CEO. “With that in mind, we wanted to find a solution that would meet our member’s needs but also one that would provide the positive interaction that our Hiway members expect, deserve and appreciate.”

The call center will take overflow calls during normal business hours thus reducing wait times.  They will also handle calls outside of normal business hours, so members can speak directly to a Hiway representative to receive service and assistance at a time that is most convenient for them. The call center can assist members with all their financial services including helping with mortgage and consumer loan applications.
