Hiway’s CEO/President Dave Boden and Senior Vice President, Marketing and Business Development Tara Graff were recently named Notable Executives in the Twin Cities by the Twin Cities Business magazine. Boden was honored as a “Notable Finance Executive” and Graff recognized as a “Notable Marketing Executive.”

Boden has served as Hiway’s CEO/President since 2013. He has more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. During Boden’s tenure as CEO/President, the credit union has seen substantial growth in both assets and memberships, growing from $910M to $1.6B in assets and from 61,000 to 79,000 members.

He is particularly passionate about military and veterans’ causes and has been Chairman of the City of Saint Paul Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Steering Committee since 2015. She is currently leading the St. Paul-based credit union in the development, launch and marketing of their new Roseville branch, and soon, their Woodbury branch. Tara is a graduate of the Credit Union Executive Society CEO Institute, completing her three-year experience in 2019. In 2014, she was named a Credit Union Rock Star by Credit Union magazine.
