Happy spring! As we work to continue to enhance your experience with us, we will be moving from a 6-day processing cycle to processing some common transactions 7 days a week, beginning Sunday, April 23.

Here’s what is changing:

  • Transactions - including debit card, ATM withdrawals, transfers, etc., but not including the items outlined below - will post Sunday just as they would any other day of the week. 
  • Internal (paid from a Hiway account) scheduled loan payments and internal account transfers will post on their scheduled date, to include Sundays.
  • Certificates will mature on their scheduled date, to include Sundays.

The below items will remain unchanged:

  • Just like today, transactions will not be processed on federal holiday dates (e.g., items from July 4 would be processed on July 5).
  • Mobile deposits will continue to be credited on weekends, in accordance with our policy.
  • Our deposit hold policy will remain the same, with only non-holiday weekdays counted as business days.
  • Pay-by-Phone/Online Payment Portal loan payments will process as usual (to include Saturdays and Sundays).
  • External loan payments/pre-authorizations (paid from a non-Hiway account) will continue to process as usual.
  • Credit card payments made through the Manage Cards link made before 5 p.m. CST will be applied the same business day, after 5 p.m. CST, they’ll be applied the following business day.
  • Credit card payments transferred from a Hiway account by 6 p.m. CST will be posted the following business day.
  • ACH debits, ACH credits, I2I, and check clearing will not process on Saturdays or Sundays, as usual. However, you may see a pending ACH credit late Sunday evening.
  • Hiway Online Bill Payment items will not process on Saturday or Sunday, as is the case today.
