Christine Cordell, Senior Vice President of Organizational Effectiveness for Hiway, has been named as a 2018 Top Women in Finance honoree by Finance & Commerce. Cordell was recognized for her work to provide professionals the opportunity and resources to make a difference in the lives of each other, Hiway’s members and the community.
Cordell’s work with the Women’s Leadership Network through both the Minnesota Credit Union Network and the World Council of Credit Unions provides personal and professional development to increase the pool of ready-now talent within our industry. As a Sister Society Leader of the Global Women’s Leadership Network, Cordell is working with individuals across the globe to model and champion change needed to advance women.

Cordell has been in the credit union industry for more than 25 years, joining the Hiway team in 2013. She is a driven, strategic thinker responsible for Project Management, Human Resources and Learning and Development. Her skill set and passion for making a difference benefit both Hiway associates and members alike.
