We are excited to announce that an update to Online and Mobile banking will be rolling out on June 17, 2020. Please be aware that during the update process, there will be some expected downtime. Here are a few of the most visible changes and improvements you will see:

Account Details

  • Added Nickname Account and Settings options to the kebab menu of the accounts listed on the Home screen.

  • Replaced the Details link for an account with a tab that will also allow you to specify if you'd like the account to be hidden from the Home screen.

  • Updated the layout of the Transactions screen icons shown at the top of an account. Hovering over each icon provides a tool tip describing its purpose.

Account Transfers

  • Added the ability to edit one-time and recurring transfers you have previously scheduled.
  • Day of the week option added for recurring transfers that occur weekly or every other week.

Mobile Banking App Push Notifications

A push notification is a message that can pop up on your mobile device without you needing to have the Mobile Banking app launched.

  • When you first log in to the updated app you will be asked if you want to allow push notifications for security related alerts to be displayed on your device. 

If you want to enable/disable the display of these alerts at a later time you can go to Settings > Push Notifications in the mobile banking app.

Mobile Banking Quick Links

  • The Home screen has been updated to include a Quick Links area to provide one-tap access to features like account transfers and mobile check deposits.
