Some members may have received an automated email with the Subject: “Documents to be removed: Your Hiway loan documents are ready” from DocuSign System. This is a legitimate email to give you notice that documents you previously signed are scheduled to be purged from the DocuSign system.

DocuSign is the system we use at Hiway to allow members to electronically sign loan documents, instead of having to mail or fax them.

If you would like to save a copy of your documents, simply click on the Retrieve Documents button in the email.
