After a successful core system upgrade, we're pleased to announce that all Hiway services — including our digital services, our Hiway branches and our Contact Center — are now available! We're looking forward to working with you, in whatever manner you choose.
We sincerely thank you for your patience you’ve shown throughout our downtime as we worked to bring this important upgrade to life.
What changes can I expect?
Nearly all changes took place behind the scenes, and but there will be a few changes you'll notice:
Hiway members using Quicken®, QuickBooks™ or Mint.com will need to reconnect to these systems after the core upgrade is complete to ensure the smooth transition of your data.
Please select the appropriate guide for the product you are using from the options listed below. These conversion instructions reference two Action Dates. Please use the dates provided below as this information is time sensitive:
- 1st Action Date: Friday, April 29 (prior to 6 pm CST)
- 2nd Action Date: Monday, May 2 (after online/mobile access is restored)
Conversion Instructions
Intuit aggregation services may be interrupted for 3-5 business days and the following services may not work during the outage:
- Quicken Win/Mac Express Web Connect
- QuickBooks Online Express Web Connect
- Mint
Please carefully review your downloaded transactions after completing the migration instructions to ensure no transactions were duplicated or missed on the register.
We are within a month of our core upgrade on Monday, May 2 and want to share the following important information on service availability:
