As you've likely heard, the second round of this winter storm has the potential to be the worst the metro has seen in years. As of now, essentially no travel is advised Wednesday afternoon through Thursday.

Out of an abundance of care for member and associate safety, while still finding a way to serve our members, we intend to open our branches at 11 a.m. tomorrow. We apologize for any inconvenience, but we always want to err on the side of caution.

Our call center and digital services will be available as usual.
