Locate a shared branch when you're on the road by calling 888-SITE-CO-OP (888.748.3266) or accessing co-opcreditunions.org/locator on your web enabled mobile device. You can also download their app for your iPhone or Android device.
Available Services
You can enter any shared branch and conduct a range of transactions*, such as:
- Cash checks
- Make deposits and withdrawals
- Make loan payments (excluding mortgage loans and Visa® payments)
- Make transfers between accounts (within your member number)
- Purchase Money Orders, Travelers Cheques and Official Checks
- Obtain cash advances and balance inquiries
*Services offered at shared branches may differ, please contact the branch you plan to visit for restrictions and fees. Not all Hiway accounts are eligible to use Shared Branching.
Things to Bring With You
To take advantage of the services at a shared branch, you will need to:
- Inform the shared branch employee that you are a Hiway member
- Provide your member number
- Bring a valid Government-issued photo identification (State Driver's license, U.S. Passport)
