Always ensure you log in from a secure computer.

Verify Your Email Address

Are you an online banking user? Are you signed up for eDocuments? Or maybe you use Bill Payment or the Alert Center? All of these services rely on having a valid email address in order to send important account notices.

To verify the default email address associated with your login:

  1. Click User Options under the Accounts menu
  2. Click the Update Your Email link

To verify the email address used for Bill Payment alerts:

  1. Click Pay Bills
  2. Click the Setup tab

To verify any contacts you created in the Alert Center:

  1. Click Alert Center under the Accounts menu
  2. Click the Contact Manager tab

If you have multiple accounts, please log in and verify each of them. You should also add homebanking@hiway.org to your list of contacts in your email client to ensure that notices are not blocked.
