Continued to sponsor the annual program which honors five outstanding Federal employees. Hiway had the opportunity to greet civil servants from dozens of Federal agencies.
This program engages in fundraising activities that benefit Children's Miracle Network (CMN) affiliated hospitals. Hiway's Community Service Committee helped raise funds through employee casual days, raffle tickets, summer cookouts, popcorn sales and more.

Hiway's Beyond the Yellow Ribbon Committee attended this meeting at Camp Ripley. This meeting brings leaders from the Minnesota Army and Air National Guard together to discuss leadership, mentorship and career development for Soldiers and Airmen.
Presented financial education topics during the Slice of Spring and Slice of Autumn educational event. The annual event provides several personal finance sessions to help state employees understand their benefits and other financial products, as well as improve their financial literacy.
Attended the annual MACV StandDown Event. This event focuses on homeless veterans and those experiencing an issue that has become a barrier in their lives. The idea is to bring many services to one location and make them more accessible to ALL veterans who otherwise may not seek out services or take advantage of benefits due to them.
Raised funds for the program through casual day and t-shirt sales. The focus of the program is to help bring a smile to children hospitalized during the holiday season, in addition to supplying hospitals with updated movies, games and video and audio equipment.
Sponsored the 1st Annual Hiway/National Guard Association of Minnesota Scholarship. This scholarship supports National Guard Association members and family members who are pursuing a college degree.
