Shared Branching

Everyone likes to have choices, and at Hiway, we aim to please. To offer you more convenience, we are part of a national network of credit unions that provides you with easy access to your Hiway account(s) at more than 2,500 locations nationwide.

Finding a shared branch location near you, or while traveling, is easy — simply use the
CU Service Center locator or call (800) 919-CUSC (2872).

Be sure to look for the CUSC swirl. 

Available Services

You can enter any shared branch and conduct a range of transactions, such as:

• Cash checks
• Make deposits and withdrawals
• Make loan payments (excluding mortgage loans)
• Make transfers between accounts (within your member number)
• Purchase Money Orders, Travelers Cheques and Official Checks*
• Obtain cash advances and balance inquiries

* Services offered at shared branches may differ, please contact the branch you plan to visit for restrictions and fees.

Things to Bring With You

To take advantage of the services at a shared branch, you will need to:

• Inform the shared branch employee that you are a Hiway member
• Provide your member number
• Bring a valid Government-issued photo identification (State Driver's license, U.S. Passport)

With shared branching, accessing your Hiway account is a smooth ride.
